The Mauritanian desert is one of the world's most inhospitable environments. Besides general dangers from heat and inhospitable terrrain, some areas are still mined, whilst others are the domain of terrorists and bandits We can provide logistical support and guides for your desert expeditions, as well as advising which areas to go and which to avoid.

We also can provide logistical support for marine expeditions, including within the Banc d'Arguin National Park. This includes visits to turtle breeding grounds and some of

the best areas in the world for sport fishing. For remote areas we would recommend helicopter surveys to reduce the risk from kidnapping and robbery.

Clients working in areas outside the mobile phone network should consider installing a VHF radio network within their fleet of vehicles. Should this be your requirement, we can put you in touch with a company that installs Codan radios in their vehicles. This system can also include vehicle tracking software. In this way, clients can constantly monitor the location of their vehicles anywhere in the world.
