TRANSLATORS
Professional Freelance Translators
who can translate from English to French to join its existing
team of translators. You must:
• Be Francophone
• Have lived several years in an Anglophone country
• Have excellent written French, preferably university
level
• Have an excellent understanding of written English
• Have your own computer and a good internet connection
• Be able to work on your own
• Have a very high standard of accuracy
• Be reliable
• Knowledge of the environmental and mining/petroleum
fields would be an asset.
We pay according to the number of pages translated. The quantity
of work varies from week to week

SUBCONSULTANTS
We are always looking for new
subconsultants to add to Anglo Articles' subconsultants database.
Subconsultants must be professionals in either the development
or environment fields, with proven on-the-field experience and
must have worked in the two-thirds world.

TYPIST
Typist needed to digitise information
from the Mauritanian Official Journal. Candidates must be resident
in Nouakchott, have their own PC and be able to work at home.

MARINE BIOLOGIST
Must be available September 2008
and able to travel to Mauritania. The successful candidate must
be fluent in French with experience in the legal aspects of
marine biology, particularly that relating to the oil and gas
sectors. For reasons of impartiality, candidates must not have
worked in the Mauritanian oil and gas sector. The successful
candidate will work with an international team of experts on
a multi-donor project.
